Summit South West has cemented its position as the region’s most customer-focused builder by winning the 2017 HIA Excellence in Service Award – Medium Builder.
This has followed other recent achievements, including taking out national honours for the third year running as one of 2017’s Best Places to Work and current custodians of the MBA Customer Service Award, for both 2017 and 2016.
General Manager David Hunt said Summit South West’s ability to evolve with and understand consumer’s expectations in the competitive residential market had paid dividends and our business is proud to be recognised as ‘The Home of Customer Service’.
“A number of our clients were interviewed as part of the judging process, so it is their independent and unbiased opinion of the work we do that has helped us win this accolade,” Mr Hunt said.
“Choosing a builder to build your home is not a decision that many people take lightly, so it is pleasing to know that our clients clearly feel assured with their choice.
Summit South West also picked up six other HIA awards on the night, including the coveted Golden Key award for The Freshwater - Display Home of the Year and Project Home of the Year.
These awards highlight an incredibly dedicated team that love what they do and this has been demonstrated in the way they deal with their clients on a day to day basis. It also denotes their homes are designed and built to the highest standards.
