The Freshwater design brings the wow factor without being over the top, especially through its street presence.
Summit South West General Manager David Hunt said the elevation had been a huge talking point, given how unique it is on the market.
"The elevation's unmistakable country flair incorporates extensive use of glass on both floors, including highlight windows, double glazed doors to the verandah near the entry, awning windows, exposed raking eaves, gables and hebel moulding trim detail," he said.
"If you're looking for something to make a strong street presence and you're craving country charm with all the spoils of sophisticated modern living, this home is calling."
While the Freshwater includes all the modern touches, it has stayed true to its rural surroundings.
Two huge verandahs at the front of the home ooze country charm which is carried on through the house into the country-style gourmet kitchen. Integrating the dining room and the cooking space, the kitchen sits in a C-shape around the dining space and, together with the main living zone, forms the heart of the home.
"The result is the home has a very social hub, and people have told us there is a very strong sense of family and togetherness about this design pretty much the second they've stepped inside," Mr Hunt said.
However, the home also allows for separation when needed, with the master suite and minor bedrooms on opposite sides of the house.
The home's master suite is one of the more modern luxuries, featuring a glamorous ensuite with double shower and freestanding bath under full-height windows to soak in the views.
Unlike many country homes of this style, the Freshwater includes a second floor to provide and extra space for families to enjoy.
"The inclusion of the home theatre on the second storey is a great option for homebuyers looking for another space to unwind or to have either a formal home theatre space or an informal space where the children can use it as an activity room," Mr Hunt said.
The home is clever in its design, with the laundry running of the kitchen and leading into the double rear garage, forming a convenient base for housework.
An IT-nook also sits adjacent to the living room as the perfect homework spot, allowing mum and dad to observe from the kitchen and living area.
The Freshwater is open Mondays and Wednesdays 2-5pm, Saturdays and Sundays 12-5pm
